My name is Don,My new HP OfficeJet 5255 printer keeps displaying an error code OXD8077900 KERNEL_EXEC_ST,it is a new printer only 1 week old

This did not work for me. I have also updated the firmware.
I did a network reset and turned off IP6 again unplugged the printer waited 5 min then plugged it back in and still get this error.
