My HP officejet pro 6978 printer keeps saying it is offline when I try to print but when I run diagnostic is says its online. I am able to print from my cellphone via Wifi but not my computer

Please uninstall and reinstall the full feature printer software and drivers and follow these steps:
-Uninstall the printer software from the computer
-Download the full feature software and drivers by clicking on the link below

-Install the full feature software and drivers into the computer
-Once you have downloaded and installed the full feature software and drivers, you will be able to print and scan from your computer
