trouble printing wierlessly in our office, both the printer and computers say it is connected however when we try to print the printer is unresponsive. can you help? i am using HP envy 7640

Restart the printer spooler – press windows key and r key, enter services.msc hit enter. Scroll down to find Printer Spooler, right click on it and stopped the services and then right click on it and start the services. If the services is stopped, then start the services
