The e-mails of a friend are repeatedly being directed into junk or trash. There's no button ("This is not junk") and I've missed quite a few of her e-mails, despite the fact she has been sending me e-mails from the same account for years. I don't know how to train my AOL on my MAC to NOT move her incoming e-mails. Thanks.
I deleted my AOL account on my Macbood Pro due to possible hacking and now I am trying to load it and it keeps saying it can't verify the account name or password. I went to Safari and to AOL website was able to sign on no problem.
