have two HP printers both new 1 week old. One at one house one at our cabin When I go to the cabin I have a 5500 model and a installation disc. works great. when I get back to my Home the online downloaded driver is no longer on my computer and have to download the driver AGAIN and install it with ALL the Questions Numbers to make it work it is a 7855 Envy. and this time when I took the HOUR to set it up again it WILL NOT print from the web.
