HP Printer Officejet 8620 stopped printing after a Windows 10 creator update. It was working fine before the upgrade and now it does nothing. I have tried connecting the printer via using a USB connection as well as Wireless connection but the printer just does not respond. i have uninstalled the printer drivers and reinstalled the latest version from the HP website but the issue still remains. However if I convert a document to PDF, I can print it using the HP smart app. Is there any solution to this as i do not prefer changing the format to PDF each time I want to print?
It could be due to your computer login credentials (Corrupted Windows profile). I would recommend you to create a new user login name, use that to login to your computer and try to print.
