About a week ago I started getting popups telling me there were updates that needed to be installed. I haven’t had such great luck with those in the past and have been doing fine with the printer/scanner just like it is. So I asked my husband and he said we should go ahead and do it since it was from HP. But, as soon as he did it I started having problems. This happens every single time I add the recommended updates My scanner will not “communicate” with my computer now and I can’t scan from it.Can you help me with that?
