i have upgraded my computer from windows 7 and cannot print from windows 10. please help . using ENVY4520

did you recently upgrade your OS to Windows 10? was it working before on windows 10? there can be many reason as to why your printer cannot print from windows 10 but you can start by downloading the latest printer software/drivers from support.hp.com and try to print after that.
