Printer will – copy/scan ok but will not print the text from a document on PC, most of the text is missing will not print anything fully from PC. The print heads working fine for scanning /copying.
Any help would be appreciated, however in the simplest terms possible please as not very tech savvy.

Hi, I faced the same issue here my printer was not able to print properly. It ended up piling up my work and postponing a lot of essential work. Where most of the sites showcased the solution of updating the printer’s firmware, I found it difficult to execute. I found two other solutions on the link below:
