I have a 6830 OJ printer from 2015. It is giving me the printhead problem message and also says that all the flash drives I plug into it are “”read only”” which they are not.I spent 3-4 hours on Sunday trying to get updated software for the printer. I have MAC 10.13 sierra and it tells me that there is no software for this printer. I re-downloaded the initial software successfully, pushing me over my data limit and the problem persists. I have a pristine printhead, with operating ink cartridges.What do I do now?
