my google chrome browser is freezing again n again, i have updated the browser, & removed all cache & history. also deleted all unnecessary programs.. please help

Which operating system are you using on your computer? When you say you have uninstalled all the programs, do you mean the extensions that are in the Google Chrome browser? If so, then you can these steps
-Close Google Chrome
-Open Windows Explorer
-In address bar type in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data
-You’ll find “Local State” file there. Delete it
-Open Google Chrome and see if it has helped.
If that does not help you, you might have to uninstall and reinstall the google chrome browser.
