Hi ~ I bought a color cartridge for my HP Desk jet 1510, and as usual installed it. When I scanned the paper, very few color bars printed. When I went to print, I got a message that the scan was not complete. The copies were mostly red. I also now cannot even print black and white text documents. Is the cartridge defective? What else might be wrong? How can I fix it? I tried several times with no good results. Thank you.
