First I would recommend a power reset. When the printer is on, Unplug all the power cords from the power outlet. Wait for 30 seconds, plug the power cable back into the printer and try to print again. if you are still facing with the same issue, delete any printing jobs in queue and try to printer again. you can also run the HP print and scan doctor to check what could be causing the issue. if nothing works I would recommend you to contact a HP printer support.
