I just bought a new HP Office Jet Pro 8710, I downloaded the software, printed a few pages. Was working fine. Now I cannot print. I am using a Mac, In the system preferences it is saying printer not connected. I have tried unplugging it. And I have only one printer selected. i need help

Please make certain whether your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is properly connected to your Mac. Or else, you may be unable to use it. You will need to establish the computer and device on the same network. Then you can visit the setup page of HP for software installation.
