my printer keeps saying ““Printhead Failure ” I have put in a brand new printerhead and the printer is still saying the same thing.

When you have installed a new printhead, it can be obvious that this part may have no issues. However, how you have installed it may be the source of its failure. Usually, the alignment may not be correct when this is done. From its Control Panel, you can choose to clean it. In the process, you will find the option to fix the alignment as well.
