I’m trying to print on my new HP Photo Envy 7164 printer but I get a message saying that “the printer is not connected.” I’ve installed the software and signed up for ink; the account works, so… It might be something as simple as I’m supposed to plug the printer into the computer rather than the wall socket, but I really don’t know. The printer is on, by the way.
