Restart all the devices, the printer, the wireless network and the computer. If that does not help, download and install the Hp printer and scan doctor. This tool will diagnose the issue and automatically resolve any wireless connection problem related with printing and scanning functions. If the issue still persist, then uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall the full featured printer software and driver from the hp support website.
