I spent about 2 hours setting up my new printer on Saturday… Now it doesn’t seem to be on my network… and wants me to download the intital software again. Iam trying to scan to my laptop computer.

This issue can be due to some recent windows updates so you may need to download and install the latest version of all the full feature hp printer drivers and software from the hp website. Visit the hp support page to download/ install and just follow the on-screen instruction to complete the setup
