My epson printer is printing faded ink the printer and cartridges are new I think the problem is in the settings because it did work properly for a bit. i believe one time i printed 2 different documents and only one was faded. any suggestions?

The issue maybe you have selected the printing quality to draft mode. Which uses less ink and reduces print quality for printing drafts. To change it back to normal mode. Go to control panel, select printers, right click on your printer and select properties. On the properties page, select the Paper Quality tab and change the pull down draft to Normal
