do a power reset, this troubleshooting step worked in many case. Let me guide you with it.
Turn on the printer, with the printer powered on and in idle state, pull out the power cord from the back of the printer. Wait for few minutes, maybe a minute or two. replug the printer power cord and switch on the printer. Make sure the printer power is connected directly to a wall outlet. If this steps did not help, update the firmware of the printer and this will fix the issue. All the best
