I have a office jet 4655 that yesterday was printing and this morning it has decided not to print. The blue light on the printer is blinking and the print out indicates that the printer is not connected to the computer. I have checked all my cables and nothing. need help thank you
To start, remove the power cable from the rear of the printer while the printer is still powered on. Wait for a minute and plug the power cable back into the printer. Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Now check if you are still facing the same issue. If so, Turn the printer off. While the printer is powered off, remove the power cord from the back of the router, wait for a minute. When the lights return on the router, turn the printer back on.
