printer OfficeJet Pro 8715 (8710) was scanning – asked if I wanted to download the complete HP printer software suite downloaded and installed – now wont scan using HP Smart – after selecting Scan keeps showing Connection error (drops connection) – yet shows connection is fine in Home screen when selecting printers and/or printing HP Software HAS been installed on a Windows 10 from the HP website (current download)
