I put in a new C ink cartridge and when it did it’s little calibration that it always after you install a new cartridge, it went nuts and started printing the colors wrong plus a huge Cyan puddle on the page. The cartridge was a refilled cartridge. now when I try to align the printer, it won’t work it will print but the colors all goofy

I would recommend you to use Genuine HP ink cartridges and not a refilled cartridge as it would damage your printer and they may void your printer warranty as well
