Finally got the fix for error code 0x800f081f in windows 10. Method 2 worked for me using the DISM C:\WINDOWS\system32>Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:C:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
The source files was the issue. I recovered the missing file and the error code 0x800f081f is fixed. Thanks
